On the menu pane, which is on the left side of the cockpit, the user can launch the Analytics tool for the selected economic entity by clicking on the Analytics icon . The Analytics page is the aggregation of the different data sources in the soobr cockpit and provides in-depth and meaningful insights from the collected data.
In the Analytics tool, you can choose from the following sixteen tabbed views:
- Cleaning Frequency
- Tour Trend
- Tour History KPIs
- Tour Activities
- Tour Event Log
- Cleaning Area
- Area KPIs
- Areas time spent
- Cleaning Area Feedback
- Overrides
- Order management
- IoT Events
- Defect
- Quality Control
- Savings from sensors
- Data room
Generally, it is possible to filter the displayed view in the individual tab views according to any desired time period. The corresponding filter is located to the left of the main window and can be displayed by clicking on if necessary. After clicking on the calendar icon it is possible to set a start date and an end date for the period of interest. Depending on the selected tab, even more filter options are available. The selected filtering can then finally be applied by clicking on . It can also happen that not all results can be displayed due to the amount of data. This can be addressed by more specific filtering.
With tabular views, even sorting becomes possible. Therefore click on the header of the column on which you would like to sort. Please note that with tables it may be possible to scroll sideways in order to see the data table in its entirety. Moreover, the info button is located on the far right of each row. By pressing this button, details of the corresponding row are displayed above the main table.
Finally, the soobr cockpit also allows you to extract raw data. The data of the currently displayed view can be exported as Excel or CSV (comma-separated values) format, depending on the settings stored in the cockpit, by clicking on the export button .
