The Cleaning Area Feedback view in the Analytics tool shows how many feedbacks were made via a QR tag that was hung up in a room.

As usual, the analysis period can be set on the left-hand side of the view. The data displayed is then limited to the set filtering.

The Ratings Count diagram shows how many feedbacks were made using a QR tag that was hung up in a room.

A list of the ratings also appears under Details. The area, the area name, the cleaning area type and the date and time can be seen here. The "Rating" column shows whether the room user has given a positive (thumbs up) or negative (thumbs down) rating.

This tab is only active if the feedback function for areas has been activated.
