An area can be called up for cleaning for various reasons. One of the reasons is event-based triggering. Event-based triggers can then be analyzed here in the Area KPIs section.
Area KPIs
Analyzing the Area KPIs can help to monitor and check the event triggers. It also shows how often an area has not been completed or set to the status »Pending«.
In the article Calculation and handling of event limits, the various scenarios for event-based triggering are described in detail.
The bar charts show the corrsponding case quantitatively per area. The representation only takes into account the cases for the period set in the filter on the left. The views of the charts can be adjusted using the gray slider bar at the bottom so that any number of columns can be displayed. The corresponding columns are sorted by size. When you move the mouse over the individual columns, the corresponding key figures appear in a pop-up window.
Number of triggers above limit (sensor-based areas)
This diagram shows how often cleaning of an area was triggered by reaching the event limit.
Number of triggers via fallback (sensor-based areas)
This diagram shows how often cleaning of an area was triggered by reaching the fallback.
Areas marked as Pending
This diagram shows how often an area has benn marked as pending/not yet cleaned.
Areas left open
This diagram shows how often an area was left unfinished/red.
Number of due dates exceeding limits (sensor-based areas)
This diagram shows that the due date for activities in an area was triggered by the limits being reached.
Number of due dates via fallback (sensor-based areas)
This diagram shows that the due date for acivities in an area was triggered by fallback.
It may be the case that no areas are shown in the diagram Number of triggers via fallback (sensor-based areas), but they are shown in this diagram, as activities with low frequencies (e.g., annually) have already been triggered via fallback but are not scheduled independently and are then scheduled with activities that were triggered via limit achievement.
