In the Analytics tab »Defects« all defects recorded by the cleaners in the set period are displayed.

Defects

The recorded information is then displayed here in the Analytics tab.

Spalte	Beschreibung
Type	The name of the defect. The defect types, which are available for the cleaning force, are defined by the superuser.
Comment	Optional comment of the cleaning personnel.
Created	Date and time when the defect was recorded by the employee.
Cleaning area	The name of the respective area, according to the building plan.
Tour	Name of the cleaning tour that reported the defect.
Name	Username of the cleaning employee who reported the defect.

The defects can be filtered by tours and by defect types. Please note the selected time period.
