Users of Soobr can – if the module is activated – check the quality of their service with the Quality Control Module. The Analytics Tool here gives a more general overview of the quality control measurement. As in all analytics tools, the observation time frame is the last 30 days.

The first diagram shows the areas with complaints (yellow) in relation to the controlled areas (blue). The representation takes place over the set period of time. If the mouse pointer is moved over the diagram, the details for the respective day are highlighted.

The complaints per area type are displayed on this diagram. The area types are then displayed according to the number of complaints.

This diagram shows how many complaints were made for a specific cleaning category during the period under review. This view is also sorted according to the number of complaints.
The last three diagrams can also be displayed in tabular form. To do this, simply click on the table icon .
