On the »Tour Event Log« tab, tour-specific Events, such as »Tour started« per cleaning employee are visible. For reasons of data protection, it is not possible to identify the concrete route details that have been performed.
Tour Event Log
Advice for use: If the tour stop is not visible on the same day for a tour that is carried out in the evening, it can be assumed that the tour was not completed correctly and the completion was automatically carried out by the system after four hours and the tour stop therefore only took place the next day and is shown there.
