With the Analytics Tool »Data Room« it is possible for the user to compile the analysis himself. Hence, in this analytics tool, it becomes possible to create pivot tables and compare data from different tables.

By selecting the attributes Facts and Dimensions, the pivot tables can be created.

Dimensions are various fields that will be displayed as categories (Compare excel pivot axis).

Facts are values that be resolved by the dimension (Compare excel pivot values). Which arithmetic functions (sum, max., count) will be used is already defined in the fact table.

The data room tool thus offers the user the possibility to create desired analyses based on various properties and filter criteria. When desired, the newly created table can be exported as a CSV file using the export button at the top right .

There are other filter criteria on the left side as well. such as certain area types, categories, etc. So if the user wants to have an isolated view of the data with a particular perspective, he can make use of these filter criteria.
