Setup Tutorial
1. Create a basic specification of services
Clicking on Create specification of service takes you to the Activity types tab in the Cleaning process menu item. Here, the activity types, i.e. the individual work steps, must be created. These can also be divided into cleaning categories.
Afterwards, you can upload and edit the schedule of service in the Service specifications tab.
2. Create area types
All surfaces are divided into surface types in soobr. By clicking on Create area types you will get to the tab Area types in the menu item Cleaning process.
3. Record buildings and floors
By clicking on Record buildings and floors you will get to the building overview in the menu item Business entity. Here you can manage the building, i.e. create and edit a new building.
4. import building plans
By clicking on Import building plans you will get to the Upload building plans screen in the Business entity menu item.
5. Assign areas
To assign the area types to the cleaning surfaces, click on Assign area types. This will take you to the Areas tab in the Business entity menu item. Here you should assign all the areas to an area type.
6. Define tours
Clicking on Create Tours takes you to the Tours tab in the Business entity menu item. The tour generator creates the ideal tours for the business entity based on the projection of the cleaning time. In the tour management you can create and edit your own tours.
7. Perform simulation
Clicking on Perform simulation takes you back to the Tours tab in the Business entity menu item. Here you can run a simulation in the tour management.
8. Plan GoLive
Clicking on Set GoLive date opens a window with the Go Live Start settings.
Here you first select a day.
For the power distribution you have five different choices:
Power distribution | Description |
NONE (everything ready on GoLive date) | All services with all frequencies are ready for cleaning on the GoLive date. Based on the tour planning, the services are then scheduled into the tours. |
Linear (all weekly services ready on GoLive date) | All weekly services (1x per week, 5x per week etc.) are ready on GoLive date. All other services, which are performed less than 1x per week, are distributed and are not due in the first week. |
According to frequency from now (GoLive date ignored) | All services are due according to frequency from execution. A service that has a frequency of 1x per week is due in one week. |
Distribute Categories Or Rule | Distributes the category Or cleanings over a week linearly. This feature may only be applied to a full week (Monday GoLive). |
GoLive date for weekly services | Weekly services are ready on GoLive date, all other services are ready according to frequency. |
In addition, by checking the box Enable partial GoLive a business entity can be partially put into operation. For example, in week 1 building A can be put into operation and in week 2 building B.
By clicking on Execute, the GoLive Start settings are saved.
