In the Setup Mode step, you can select which setup tutorial is to be displayed. Depending on the selection, more or less steps have to be executed.

Setup Mode

Selection	Description
Setup with room book and schedule of service	Setup without building plan. If a floor plan is added at a later time, it can still be used.
Setup with room book and schedule of service and floor plans	Setup including floor plans

Owner Soobr

This information is needed to set up the correct permission structure.

Selection	Description
Provider	The service provider has the contract with soobr
Owner	The building owner or user has the contract with soobr

District Planning

Selection	Description
Automatic	The first precinct creation is done during this setup
Fix allocation (in room book)	Allocations are already fixed and will be uploaded with the room book
After Setup (Tour Generator)	Precinct planning is done later with the Tour Generator

Multi create

Selection	Description
Create one economic entity	An economic entity is created during setup
Create multiple economic entitties with the same schedule of service	During setup, multiple economic entities can be created that use the schedule of service

Usage

Selection	Description
Complete	Complete functionality (including planning and quality control)
Evidence proof	Evidence Complete functionality, but without planning of frequencies
Quality control	Only quality control
Expert	Start Setup for soobr Basic

Calculation

Selection	Description
None	The cost calculation is done outside of soobr.
Basic	After the setup the cost calculation can be done with soobr (only for use Complete or Expert with performance figures)
