In the schedule of service, all area types are listed with the performance number, priority, limit and fallback as well as the associated cleaning categories and activity types.
The schedule of service can be found under the menu item Cleaning process in the Schedule of service tab.
Upload schedule of service
By clicking the Upload schedule of service button, you can upload a new or edited schedule of service as an Excel file.
1. Download schedule of service (template)
Download current service specifications
In the view you can then select the schedule of service of the economic entity and download the file by clicking on Download actual schedule of service.

Alternatively, by clicking on Download template, you can download an Excel file that serves as a template for creating the schedule of service.
In the Excel file, each activity type is listed in a column and changes can be made. However, the first two lines are standard fields, which are checked by the soobr validator in the next step. These texts must not be adjusted.
Frequency
Soobr Easy uses annual frequencies for input and supports the following frequencies.

2. Upload schedule of service
After you have created or revised the service specifications, you can upload them in the next step. To do this, click on Select schedule of service. In the window that opens, you can select the Excel file and upload it.
Then click on Next to proceed to the next step.
3. Validation
In the last step, the schedule of service is checked by soobr for format and completeness. If errors occur, they are displayed in the table and must be corrected. The schedule of service can then be uploaded again. If the import was successful, a green message appears.
By clicking on Adjust schedule of service at the bottom of the page, the data is transferred.
Please note that after the go-live, new service specifications can only be uploaded via the planning view.
Valid schedule of service
In order for a schedule of service to be uploaded, certain conditions must be met.
Requirement | Description |
Activity type must be unique | An activity type may occur exactly once. Otherwise, the system cannot distinguish the services. |
Area type | The name of the area type must contain at least 2 and may contain max. 25 characters. |
Frequencies | Only frequencies supported by the system may be used (see table above). |
Day fixes |
For some frequencies, it is mandatory to enter the days in which the service must be provided. To do this, enter the abbreviation of the weekday in capital letters; if there are several days, separate the weekdays with commas without spaces. Example: 3 times a week MO, WED, FR. |
Formulas |
No formulas may be stored in the service specifications. |
Special areas |
Special areas can only be created via the cockpit. |
By clicking on Change schedule of service at the bottom of the page, the data is transferred.
