Building overview

The Building Overview window, found in the main menu under Economic entity menu item, is central to the creation and editing of buildings and floors.

Setup

In order to create your buildings in soobr, a economic entity must be created by Customer Support or your Customer Success Manager, and your account must be set up for access. To do this, the following information is required:

• Email adress for access
• ame of the economic entity
• Name of the economic entity to be displayed in the app, if this differs from the name of the economic entity to be displayed in the Cockpit
• Clustomer
• Owner
• Provider/Service Provider
• Number of working days (5, 6 or 7 days)

If data is imported via CAFM system, the checklist provided to you by the Sales Manager must be completed.

Once the economic entity and your user account for the Cockpit have been created, you can log in and create your buildings.

Functions

In the Building Ovreview, you can create, edit, import, synchronize, and if necessary, delete buildings.

Create New Building

Clicking the +Create a new building button opens a window where you can specify the following:

Reference ID: Building name (name displayed in the Cockpit)

Building Name: Building name displayed in the app

Number of floors: The number of floors

Change building and floor name

Clicking on the building or floor name opens the window for editing the name. This is only possible for buildings created manually in the Cockpit.

Reference ID: The designation of the building to be used in the cockpit.

Building name: A different building name for the display in the app, if applicable.

Edit building

The three-dot menu displays various options for the building. Using this button, you can change the building's name, add floors, or delete building.

 

Edit

Here you can change the reference ID and the building name.

Create new floor

To create a new floor, you must again specify a reference ID (floor designation) and a floor name (displayed in the app). The floor name may differ from the reference ID if necessary.

Sort Buildings

If multiple buildings are stored on one economic entity, they are displayed in the order in which they were added to the Cockpit. If this order is not what you want, you can use the Sort buildings option to chaange it.

 

Add floors

With the option Add floors it is possible, to create several floors at once.

Delete 

Attention! If a building will be deleted,
all related data will also be deleted (Floors, Areas, Activities)
