All areas are assigned an area type in soobr, which determines which activity types, frequencies and performance numbers are to be applied to this type of area. A distinction is made here between generic areas and special areas.
Create area types
Area types can be created in the cleaning process menu item under the area types tab.
With + Create new cleaning area type a window opens in which the following points are specified:
- R000.0: Select the icon and color for the area. You can choose the color using the suggested colors or the color picker in the other colors section. It is displayed in the building plan and in the list of area types. Under Marking on surface you can choose whether you want the icon to be displayed on the surface in the building plan.
- Name: Name the area
- Priority: The priority ensures that sensitive areas such as toilets or recreation rooms are scheduled before other rooms.
- Performance number: Insert performance number, if known, or use performance numbers from soobr.
- Limit and fallback: In sensor-based rooms, the limit and fallback strategy can be selected here. More information under Limit & Fallback.
Further definitions
In the further definitions additional settings can be made.
Earliest cleaning time: The earliest possible cleaning time of this area type can be specified.
Latest cleaning time: The latest possible cleaning time of this area type can be specified.
Ignore access days when pending: If a service is set to pending, the service will only continue to be displayed if the access restriction rule is adhered to. For example, if a stair can only be cleaned on Wednesday, it will not be displayed again until the next Wednesday. If the check mark is set and the area is set to pending, the access days are ignored.
