At soobr, activity types are the individual work steps that are performed by the cleaning staff on site.
Activity Types
Create new activity type
If you click on Cleaning process in the main tab and then on the Activity Type tab, +Create new activity type will open the following window:
The following options can be configured:
Icon: An icon is used to visually associate the service type with the cleaner's daily work. The icon is displayed in the app as a work hint. For example, the following waste icon can be used for the »Empty waste« activity type.
Cleaning category: Here it is specified to which cleaning category the newly created activity type is assigned.
Cleaning frequency: This specifies the frequency with which the corresponding activity type is to be performed by default. In a later step of the cleaning process, the frequency can still be specified depending on the room type.
Designation: The name of the activity type is specified here. Activity types must be unique; several activity types cannot be saved with the same name.
Type: Here you have the choice between cleaning, quality and cleaning without scheduling. +

Activity type without frequency. This activity type is manual triggered or by actor. When activating the power on the surface type, a number of minutes can be stored. This will then be visible in the "Override" evaluation. |

Activity type without frequency. It can only be used for On Demand jobs and does not appear as self-cleaning power. |
Quality |
Activity type only for the quality control. |
Quality control scale: Here you can choose between fulfilled/not fulfilled and numeric. If one selects numeric, one can define a scale oneself.
Not assessable: If the check mark is activated here, the quality controller can select that this particular category cannot be rated for their tour.
Cleaning color: The color selected here is displayed in the app when the tour is carried out. For example, here you can select the color that the cleaning rag has. This is very helpful for sanitary facilities.
Stop watch active: If you check the box Stop watch active, the cleaner is able to record the cleaning time over a stop watch for this activity type.
Feedback type: Here you can choose between no feedback, numeric, selection and text. In the case of the numerical type, a scale can be defined, as in the case of the quality control scale. Under selection you have the possibility to define your own values. Under text the cleaner has the choice to enter a free text. In addition, the checkbox mandatory can be activated to force a feedback.
Click on Save to create the activity type.
Edit activity types
After an activity type has been created and activated on the different room types, the different aspects of the service type are edited directly on the room types (for example, if the frequency of the »Empty waste« service type is to be changed on the Sanitary room area type, this happens directly on the Sanitary room area type and not in the Service types window). However, the other properties of a service type mentioned above must be edited on the service type screen.
To edit an existing activity type, you can either click on the name or on the (...) icon and then on Edit.
Delete activity types
To delete an activity type, the (...) icon must also be called up and Delete clicked there.
