This article explains how to use the app via the mobile devices. More general user information can be found in the soobr guide under Cockpit User Management.
Soobr App Application
Log in with user
Each cleaner has been pre-registered as a user in the setup process. The cleaner selects his user.
Next, the mask appears where the password is entered. By default, we use the password 1234 for all cleaners.
Select cleaning tour
After the successful login, the corresponding tour can be selected via the blue Start tour button. The correct use of the soobr app requires that the tour is started once.
Layout view
On the left side you can see all floors of the building on which the selected tour is active. The blue marker indicates which floor is displayed as a plan. The red bubble with the number indicates how many areas are to be cleaned on this floor.
Building plan
In the building plan, the areas to be cleaned appear in the color red. Clicking on another floor opens the corresponding floor plan.
The building plan can be rotated by clicking on and is saved for the cleaning staff so that the preferred rotation of the floors is displayed when a tour is started again. For example, a cleaner who works from the left can rotate the building plan differently than one who always works the floor from the right.
Room list
By clicking the enumeration symbols in the upper right corner, the building plan is replaced by a room list. The first number corresponds to the respective room number. The red dots indicate the open cleaning jobs in the rooms.
Close cleaning jobs
Clicking on the red area opens the task window. In this screen you can see which type of area it is. All listed cleaning tasks are grouped under the corresponding cleaning category.
Clicking on the task confirms that it has been executed. After the click, the green tick appears.
If a task is not executed, for example because it is not necessary, the task should not be confirmed. In the end, only the actually executed tasks should be confirmed. If all tasks are executed, the confirmation of cleaning can be done by clicking the green Area is clean button. This sends the execution to the system. Under Tour activities all cleaned areas as well as their listed tasks are visible.
Overview of cleaned areas in the app
After the area has been cleaned, it appears in green in the building plan.
Area is not yet clean
If an area cannot be entered because, for example, the meeting room is still occupied or there are still customers in the lounge, the area can be set to the blue Area is not yet clean button. The area is then displayed in blue in the building plan. The cleaner can clean the area at a later time.
If some but not all tasks could be completed, the cleaner can confirm all tasks that are completed. The tasks that have not yet been completed remain open. After that, the area with blue area is not yet clean button can be confirmed.
If the tasks that are still open can be completed at another time, the cleaner can click on the blue area. After that, the cleaning tasks that still need to be done can be performed. After that, the green Area is clean button confirms that there are no open jobs on the area.
End of the tour
The goal of the cleaner is to clean all red areas. At the end of the tour, there should be no more red areas. When all surfaces are cleaned, the tour can be ended.
Area on blue (hanging)
If a blue area is not cleaned by the end of the tour, the area will reappear the next day.
Only when the area has been cleaned, and thus has been set to green, does it no longer appear. In the tour history in the Analytics in the Cockpit, these areas are displayed as "pending".
If areas are still red at the end of the tour, they will be marked as "open" in the tour trend.
If "End tour" has been selected, an overview with the effective tour duration appears. Here it is also possible to enter the working and break times. In addition, another business entity can be selected. If this is not the case, the cleaner must log off and is prompted to load the mobile device.
