The tour activity is a tool in the business entity menu item with versatile application possibilities.
It offers the possibility of planning analysis of the daily upcoming cleaning, as well as the performed cleaning of the previous days. Spontaneous cleaning orders can be triggered via the building plan as well as the floor view.
Activities
In the Activities tab, the table on the left shows all floors and the daily scheduled minutes of the entire building. If a tab of a floor is expanded, all areas of this floor appear. For each area, the area type and the shortcuts of the active categories are displayed on the area type. If a area is scheduled in a tour, the scheduled categories are highlighted in black. The estimated cleaning time for the area and the tour in which the area is scheduled are also displayed.
On the right, the building plans of all floors are visible individually. All surfaces that appear in gray are scheduled for a cleaning tour. As soon as a surface is completely finished, the surface is displayed in green or blue if pending. If there are completed and planned services on a surface, the surface is displayed in gray. Via Show tour, a cleaning tour can be visualized in color for visual support.
It is also possible to perform detailed analyses using filters (area type, special area, search area and tours). Furthermore, by means of the date selection, past days can be analyzed. Using the filter show done & pending only, the planned services can be hidden and only the completed or pending areas are displayed.
Show tours colored in the building plan
If tours are selected via Show tour, the areas appear in the corresponding color of the respective tour. With this function a better spatial understanding for the tour allocation is created. Especially for tours that work in shared mode, this function will provide support.
Filter by areas
If you filter by a surface type, all surfaces that have been cleaned on this day are displayed. Furthermore, the tour by which the area was cleaned and the services that were completed are displayed. The individual services are displayed if the mouse is moved over the blackened cleaning category. In addition, the execution time for the cleaning of the area is indicated.
Filter by tours
If you filter by a tour, all surfaces that were cleaned by the tour on the selected day are displayed. The estimated cleaning time of the entire tour as well as its breakdown per floor or per surface is displayed.
Tour Information
In der Registerkarte Touren Information werden folgende Informationen zu allen Touren angezeigt:
Column | Description |
Status | The status indicates whether the tour is currently running or not. |
Last announcement | The date and time of the last message of the tour is displayed here. |
Auto. release | Displays the date and time of the automatic release. The automatic release occurs if a tour was not completed (e.g. because the battery of the device was empty) or after a tour completion the wait timeout. A tour is not ready for planning until the tour is released. |
Device | Shows the app activation code of the device on which the tour is running. |
Last cleaned area | Indicates the last area that was cleaned. |
Progress | Displays the progress of the tour. |
Tour history
The Tours History tab displays all tours started on the selected day.

Frequencies
In the Frequencies tab, only sensor-based surfaces are taken into account. However, only whether the sensor-based surfaces were ready for planning according to the frequency is displayed, not the effective execution.
