Order management allows unscheduled tasks to be quickly and efficiently forwarded to cleaning staff. This could be to arrange for ahospital room to be cleaned after a patient has been discharged, or to request additional cleaning if coffee has been spilled in a meeting room.
Orders can be created in the cockpit or directly in the app.

Add order
To add a short-term order on an area, click on the desired area and then on the wheel at the top right to open the analysis display.
Here you can see the date and time of the last and next cleaning, as well as today's cleanings and current orders. Here you must now click on + Add order.
A description and a photo can be added here.
You also need to select a type:

This triggers all activities that are active in the area. A 'Complete cleaning? order is not triggered immediately like other orders and is not displayed as an order on the app, but is included in the noral route planning. |

Categories with activity types of the type 'Cleaning without scheduling' or 'On Demand' that are active on the area can be selected for orders |

The order is saved by clicking on Add order.
View in the app
If a order has been created for an area, this area is listed in the bell list and, if a building plan is available, the area is coloured orange. Theorders are sorted by priority. An up arrow symbol means high priority, an equal sign means medium priority and a down arrow means low priority.
Execute order
As soon as you click on the area, the order is displayed. Saved messages can be closed by clicking on the "x" and cleaning can be carried out as usual.
Set order pending
It is possible to set orders as pending in the app. To do this, click on the order area, accept the order and set it to pending as required by clicking on "Area is not yet clean".
