Colours stored for activity types, cleaning categories and area types can be used to highlight special or time-consuming cleaning tasks in the app. This can help with time management and prioritising the tasks to be completed.
The setting for which level should be highlighted in colur can be defined via the cockpit as well as via the app.
Setting in the app
If the function is active and app users are authorised to make the setting themselves, they can do so once they have started a tour by tapping the person icon and then making the setting.
After clicking on Highlight on areas, the following mask apperas:
Here you can select the level (area type, category or activity type) on which the colour selection is to be activated. Only one level can be selected.
When a level is selected, the possible elements that can be highlighted in colour appear. If there are many elements to choose from, you will need to scroll down to see them all.
It is possible to make multiple selections. For the category and activity type levels, it is important to note that if several selected items are scheduled on the same day, the colour of the item that was created first in the cockpit will be displayed in the app.
The setting is applied by clicking Save.
If you no longer want the colour selection, you can delete the setting in the user menu by clicking on Reset highlights.
