It can be set that the cleaner must check off certain tasks or categories to ensure that these tasks are not skipped.
1. Mandatory categories / activity types
If the function is activated, the area cannot be closed without the cleaner ticking off the categories or activity types concerned.
If the cleaner does not check off the affected service type on the tablet and attempts to close the area with "Area is clean", a reminder message appears.
After closing this message, the affected activity types are highlighted in red on the tablet. This makes it easier to draw attention to important categories and their services. It also prevents cleaning staff from accidentally overlooking periodic tasks.
Activate function in the cockpit
To activate the function for cleaning categories, you must select All activity types need to be checked on the app under the Activity types tab for the respective cleaning category in the cockpit under cleaning process (If you would like to activate the setting, please contact Customer Support via Zendesk Ticket). All activity types and orders assigned to the cleaning category must then be completed.
2. mandatory feedback type
A feedback type can be stored on the activity type. Depending on the feedback type, the cleaner can return feedback in numerical form, a free text or a pre-set selection of values. For example, for "as required" tasks, the cleaner can tell you exactly what they have done or, in a hospital, specify the type of patient room or cleaning and thus explain the additional work / increased cleaning time.
If it is set that the feedback should be mandatory, a reminder message also appears when trying to close the area without feedback and the service type is colored red.
The area can only be closed once feedback has been sent.
