- Have you checked internally in other areas? E.g. technical services/building management, finance?
- You are not the owner of the building? Then you can ask the administration.
- Take photos of the escape plans; these can be prepared.

The changes will be gladly implemented for you by the customer support.
For this purpose, we ask you to clearly draw the structural changes (ACTUAL state after the reconstruction) on a screenshot and submit the screenshot via ticket (Zendesk).
How do I receive information if a surface type has changed?
There are two ways to do this via Soobr:
- The first way is with chat. If you have activated this, your employees can inform you of the changes in this way.
- The second possibility is via the defect types. You can create a defect type, e.g. "Area change" and your employees can enter the new area type in the comment field. This has the advantage that you have already stored all the information about the changed space - except for the new usage.
