Is the order of the individual activity types important?
The order of the activity types is not important for the creation of the activity types.
But in order to make it easier for your cleaning staff to perform the tasks and to comply with hygiene rules, it is advisable to list the activity types according to the order in which they are performed.
If you move the cursor over the activity type, a cross with four arrows will appear to the left of the activity type. If you click on it, you can move the activity type within the cleaning category as you wish.

Do you have activity types on the area type that have a day fixation and activity types without day fixations? The non-day-fixed activity types can be triggered by the system at any time (Mon - Fri) and the day-fixed ones only on the fixed days.
According to this example, the activity types "Remove cobwebs", "Doors and Handles" and "Light switch" are necessarily scheduled together Mon, Wed or Fri.
On the other hand, the activity type "Tables and chairs" can be scheduled on any day of the week, so that the system overrides the desired 1 frequency and a 2 frequency can occur.
In other words, if you work with day fixings, it is important that all activity types are stored with the same day fixings if the specified frequency is to be maintained.
Can I also map tasks from other work areas, e.g. laundry?
Yes, the activity types can be used in a variety of ways.
To be able to use them specifically, it is recommended to create a separate cleaning category for new work areas. This way, when assigning to tours, the entire category can be assigned to a tour.

We recommend that you place cleaning categories with low frequencies (e.g. periodic or basic cleaning) or with special tasks at the top, because this way these tasks are visible at first sight.

Yes, it is possible. However, this only makes sense if you have tours in the morning and in the afternoon/evening.
To do this, create a new cleaning category with the same activity types (must not have the same name 1 to 1!) and assign this cleaning category specifically to a tour that cleans in the morning.
I want to upload the LV via the csv, but I have several service numbers per area type, how do I enter them?
Upload csv with one performance number, then adjust manually.
How do I get performance figures?
- One possibility is to calculate them on the one hand by empirical values or stopped cleaning times.
