- Are you a member of an umbrella or trade association? Ask there.
- Do you have good contacts in the facility department of other companies? Ask there.
I am not sure about the frequencies of the individual activity types, how do I define them?

Is the order of the individual activity types important?
The order of the activity types is not important for the creation of the activity types.
But in order to make it easier for your cleaning staff to perform the tasks and to comply with hygiene rules, it is advisable to list the activity types according to the order in which they are performed.
Using the three-dot menu in the cleaning category, you can open a window by selecting Sort activity types, in which you can sort and save the list.
Can I also map tasks from other work areas, e.g. laundry?
Yes, the activity types can be used in a variety of ways.
To be able to use them specifically, it is recommended to create a separate cleaning category for new work areas. This way, when assigning to tours, the entire category can be assigned to a tour.
Example Laundry:
Example Warehouse management:
Furthermore, we recommend that you activate these categories on the areas where the activities are performed; in the laundry, storage rooms or cleaning rooms.
Also important orders that must not be forgotten can be mapped with service types and activated on the corresponding surfaces:
Is the order of cleaning categories important?
The order is not important for the creation of cleaning categories.
As with the activity types, it can make sense for the execution and compliance with hygienic specifications to order the cleaning categories according to their importance and the cleaning processes.
Ex: Disposal
Surface cleaning
Floor cleaning
The cleaning categories can also be sorted using the three-dot menu in the cleaning categories.
I want to upload the LV via the csv, but I have several performance numbers per area type, how do I enter them?
Only performance numbers at the area type and activity type level can be uploaded via the .csv upload. If you would like to upload performance numbers at the activity type level during the initial upload, please ask your Customer Success Manager to provide you with a template.
Once you have entered a performance number for an activity type in the cockpit and then downloaded the schedule of service, the document will contain a column for performance numbers.
How do I get performance figures?
- One possibility is to calculate them on the one hand by empirical values or stopped cleaning times.
- E.g. for a maintenance cleaning of a WC facility with 12 sqm the cleaning employee needs 15 minutes, then the calculation would look like this:
- 12 (sqm) / 15 (min) * 60 (min) = 48 sqm/hr.
- E.g. for a maintenance cleaning of a WC facility with 12 sqm the cleaning employee needs 15 minutes, then the calculation would look like this:
- Ask your Customer Success Manager in charge; Soobr offers ready-made templates.
- Have you checked with your estimating department?
- Are you a member of an umbrella or trade association?
- Do you have good contacts in the facility department of other companies?
