- Did you turn off the tablet, wait 2-3 min and turn on the tablet again?
The tablet still does not work? Report your defective tablet via Zendesk with the following information:
- Business entity
- Serial number
- Description of what caused the defect (if known)
- Need for replacement tablet yes/no

The tablet does not charge, what can I do?
- Are the charging cables plugged in correctly?
- Is the adapter plugged in correctly?
- Have you tried another charging cable?
- Have you tried a different outlet?
The tablet still does not work? Report your defective tablet via Zendesk with the following information:

- Need for replacement tablet yes/no

The tablet has no reception, what can I do?
- Have you restarted the tablet?
- Is the SIM card inserted correctly?
- Have you tested a second SIM card?
- Is the network operator currently having problems?
*You do not have the plug for opening the SIM card tray on site? A paper clip or ear plug can also be used to open the compartment.
How can I protect the tablet?
We recommend that you equip the tablets with fully protective cases (incl. display). This way they are well protected against damage when dropped.
The tablets also fit into the tablet holders with the sleeves we recommend.
If you have tours without a cleaning trolley, straps can be attached to the sleeves for a hanging option.
The screen brightness has dimmed, what can I do?
Have you checked the battery level? The screen darkens when the battery level is low.
It was not the battery level? Then please contact us via Ticket Zendesk. It is best if you also provide us with the serial number of the affected tablet.
The green areas are no longer visible, why?
If the tour is ended by mistake, the areas on the tablet that have already been cleaned and completed remain green if the tour is restarted within a few minutes.
If a tour is ended and a new tour is started on the same tablet, the ended tour is released immediately. This means that when the tour is started again, no more green areas are visible.
