How do I get a room book?

• Have you asked internally in other areas? E.g. technical service/building management, finance?
• Create one manually using the PDF plans
• Upload building plans in Cockpit and download the room book

Areas not to be cleaned; is it still possible to store them?

If you want to use Soobr for your documentation as well, it is recommended to also store areas that are not to be cleaned. This way you can download complete room books.

To do this, create a new area type, enter a "0" for the performance number and leave all cleaning categories/performance types deactivated.

How do I define the frequency per room category?

• Ask your service provider/cleaning staff how often you clean which rooms.
• In Soobr Cockpit, the frequency of the space types (room category) is defined based on the highest activated activity type.
