After a new area type has been created, the service specifications or the corresponding cleaning process can be activated.
Activate service specifications on area types
To do this, navigate to the Area types tab in the cleaning process. Here you will find a list with all the area types of the business entity.
Clicking on the name of the business entity or at the end of the line on the three dots and then on Edit opens the following view:
On the left side on the switch button it is possible to define which service types have to be provided on the respective area type. Individual service types or entire categories can be activated and deactivated.
Subsequently, the frequency of the service type can be defined. In addition to the frequency, it is also possible to specify whether the activity types must be performed on a certain day of the week.
In addition to the performance numbers on the area type, additional service numbers can be assigned for cleaning categories or even for individual service types. This gives the cleaner more time if the corresponding activity type or a task in a particular cleaning category is scheduled. For example, if a cleaner is to receive additional time for a lavabo, this can be set here.
If you check the box for Column cleaning, then several tours must clean the area on the same day. A typical application is, for example, a machine tour that cleans the floor and a normal tour that cleans the edges.
