Split performance numbers

For many business entities, only the performance numbers per area type are known. Depending on the cleaning tour planning, the performance number must be divided among categories without changing the total sum of the cleaning duration. The function »Calculate performance number« helps to divide the performance number.

Dividing the performance number

The performance number can be calculated in the Cleaning process menu item in the Area types tab.

If you click on + Create new cleaning area type or edit an area type by clicking on the three dots and then on Edit, the edit mask opens.

Here you can see the performance number of the area type. The area type must have a performance number assigned, otherwise no division can be calculated.

If you now also enter a performance number for the cleaning categories and click on the blue button Calculate performance number, a new performance number will be calculated for the area type. The calculation is based on the formula for the extrapolation of cleaning time.

Performance numbers on the service type are not considered for the calculation.

In the window that opens, the new performance numbere for the area type is displayed. If you click on Apply, it will be applied.

By clicking on Save in the bar at the bottom, the new performance figure is applied.

Use cases

Allocation to different cleaning tours

For example, if a separate disposal tour is planned with its own category, this cleaning tour must have a separate performance number on the category. For example, a performance figure of 600 sqm/h is assumed. Then you can enter the performance number on the category, trigger the calculation and thus the performance number on the area is increased, so that in total the same expenses arise again.

Separate planning of monthly cleaning

A monthly cleaning is usually included in the basic service figure. Soobr has the possibility to plan the monthly cleaning separately, depending on the daily utilization of the cleaning tours. In order to apply this feature, the system needs a performance number on the category.
