For the extrapolation of the cleaning duration, which is displayed in the tour assignment mask and used for the tour generator, the industry-standard performance figure calculation is used. The extrapolation in soobr is always based on one week.
Extrapolation of cleaning duration
Possible deviations from the effective performance figure
The daily fixation is not taken into account. If a category, which shares the performance figure with other categories, is planned on one day alone (e. g. Saturday machine tour), the system will include the full duration in the planning. In the extrapolation, however, only the share of the category is shown. Recommendation: Separate performance figure for such categories.
Basic calculation according to industry standard
Hours per square meter per year = cleaning frequency per week * number of weeks per year / performance figure (m2/h)
Number of weeks per year = 52
Example
1 cleaning per week * 52 weeks / 750 m2/h = 0.0693 hours per square meter and year
Adaptation soobr
The result from the calculation (industry standard) is extrapolated to the number of minutes per execution and the number of minutes per week.
Number of minutes per execution = cleaning frequency per week * number of weeks per year / hours per square meter and year / 60
Number of minutes per week = Number of minutes per execution * Cleaning frequency per week
Example
Number of minutes per execution = 1 cleaning per week * 52 weeks / 0.0693 hours per square meter and year / 60 = 12.5 minutes per execution
Number of minutes per week = 12.5 minutes per execution * 1 = 12.5 minutes per week
Performance number distribution to categories
Categories without own performance number
If the performance number is given on the area type and not on the category, the performance number is distributed on the categories. For this purpose, the performance number is divided by the number of active categories on this area type and each category receives its own performance number. The cleaning frequency per week is taken as the highest cleaning frequency over all categories that share the performance number.
Performance number category = Performance number area type / Highest number of runs * Number of runs on category * Categories without own performance number
Example
Performance number category = 750 m2/h / 1 * 1 * 3 = 2250 m2/h
Categories with own performance number
If a performance figure is set on the category, this performance figure will be used for the calculation.
Performance number division for divided tours
If an entire area or one or more categories of an area is divided over several tours, the cleaning time in the extrapolation is divided by the number of possible tours.
Number of minutes per week per divided tour = Number of minutes per week / Number of possible tours
Help calculation
The calculation can also be done manually with Excel.
Usage and display in the cockpit
The tour duration per week is calculated based on the extrapolation. Over the respective tour, but also over the floor, the duration per week is visible.
If the duration per week is colored red for a tour, the extrapolated tour duration is greater than the maximum tour duration. If the mouse is dragged over the tour duration, the maximum duration per week appears.
On the individually assigned areas the cleaning times per area are visible.
If you move the mouse over the number of executions (e. g. 1x per week), the calculated duration per execution appears in a popup.
If you hover over the number of minutes per week (e. g. 5 min. / week), the number of assigned tours and the total duration per week will appear. If the area is assigned to only one tour, the number corresponds to the number of minutes per week. If the area is divided over several tours, the number of minutes is divided by the number of tours assigned.
The number of minutes per tour can be higher than the number of minutes per week. For one execution, all categories are always included, without taking into account the execution frequency. In the case of weekly time, only the share is included.
