It can always happen that not all areas can be done, for example in the evening tours. For business entities with a high pressure on the service level agreement, which have day tours in use, these jobs can be done by the day cleaning. soobr calls this function rework.
Rework (day cleaning)

For the desired tours, a record is kept of which areas were not completed. As soon as a rework tour is started, these surfaces are shown in the rework tour as to be done. This area is treated as additional cleaning in the rework tour. No additional time is reserved.
The areas that are handed over for reworking can be seen and can be processed in the app for all tours by those who are authorised to rework.

This function is available as a BETA feature.
Configuration
- A soobr employee must make various basic settings:
- Start and end time of recording the rework (e.g. when evening tours are running).
- Start and end time of displaying the rework (e.g. in the first working hour of the day tour).
- Rework as a function must be activated.
- Tours that are relevant for rework (e.g. evening tours) must be activated in the cleaning tours.
- Tours that can perform rework must be marked with rework allowed in the cleaning tours.
- Reworking can also take place on the same day. This must also be stored in the settings.
