soobr offers the possibility that the desired tours see each other when areas are completed. This can be used, for example, for large business entities with several daily tours.

Tour area update function (daily cleaning)

Function

Tours can be scheduled normally using the scheduling algorithm, or they can be tours with only self-cleaning. As soon as a tour completes an area, this area will also appear as completed (green) in the other tours.

Restriction

This function is available as BETA feature.

• The feature only changes the cleaning status (color) of the area in the other tours. The cleaning program will not be adjusted.
• If a self-clean is triggered on tour A and the same area is scheduled on tour B, all services from tour A must be completed in order for the area to turn green on tour B.
• A tour update can come with a delay of up to 5 minutes and it is mandatory to have cellular reception for an update to be displayed.
