Stop watch

If the stopwatch function is active, the cleaner can stop the duration of individual activity types in the app.

The stopwatch function is useful when you want to record the duration of individual power types. This includes for example:

• Recording of additional expenses, which can be charged to the end customer, for example.
• Recording of expenses in general, which one would like to have reported.

 

Setting in the cockpit

To activate the stopwatch, you have to edit the activity type in the cockpit under the menu item Cleaning process in the tab Activity Type. To do this, click on the name of the corresponding activity type or open the editing window via the three-dot menu associated with the activity type. Then you can check the Stop watch active box.

Evaluation of the data - Analytics

The stopped times can be viewed in the Cockpit under the Analytics menu item in the Areas time spent tab.
