To enable the cleaners to provide feedback, the feedback function of an activity type must be activated under Cleaning process > Activity types.

In the editing mode of the activity type, you can choose between three feedback types:

Numeric
- The "Numeric" type is suitable, for example, if the number of cleaned elements must be reported (e.g. number of cleaned radiators).
Text
- If "Text" is selected, the cleaner can give feedback in a free form.
Selection
- Under "Selection" it is possible to define own values for selection.
- Here, for example, reasons can be entered why a service type could not be completed (pending/blue areas) or what type of cleaning was involved (Corona, Noro, etc.). Another possibility is, for example, the number of coffee capsules that were refilled or, in a hospital, whether the bed is occupied or not as feedback.

By checking the box mandatory, the cleaner must enter the feedback mandatory.
