If the cleaning data of the first economic entity is recorded in the soobr Cockpit, this data can be used as a template in the future and thus copied to new business entities. With a template, new buildings can thus be recorded efficiently.
Create a new template
To create a template, the menu item Cleaning process is selected in the Soobr Cockpit, then the sub-tab Activity types and then +Create new template.
Template Name
The name of the template can be freely chosen.
Template content
Here you define which information is to be saved in the template. Thus, it can be selected whether only the cleaning categories and activity types are to be copied, or whether optionally the area types or even the service figures are to be integrated into the template.
The three templates are illustrated below:
Cleaning category / activity types
Cleaning category / activity types / area types
Cleaning category / activity types / area types / performance numbers
Template type
Here you have to define on which level the template should be available later on.
Service provider template: If a service provider template is created, then the template will be available for all business entities of this service provider.
Customer template: If the template is created on the Customer level, then the template will be available on all objects of this customer.
For example, if there is a service provider "Soobr AG" that has two customers "Handwerk AG" and "Software GmbH", then the templates at the service provider level would be available for all business entities of the customers Handwerk AG and Software GmbH.
A template at the Handwerk AG customer level would then be available for all business entities of the Handwerk AG customer.
Templates from Soobr
If this is the first business entity or the customer wants to upload a general template template, a template from Soobr can be used.
To load a template, the main tab Cleaning Process, the sub tab Activity Types and Load Template is selected.
