Feedback in the app

As a cleaner, you have the option of leaving feedback in the app. To do this, the feedback function must be activated in the cockpit.

Application example

Cockpit

In the Cockpit, the feedback type "Selection" with the values "Isolation room" and "No isolation room" were defined for the activity type "Put on protective clothing". By activating the "mandatory" setting, feedback must be provided in the app for this type of activity.

App

In the app, the cleaner first selects the service type, in our example put on protective clothing.

The selection for the feedback will appear. After you have made a choice, click Send Feedback.
