In the tour information you can see the current tours.

Tour Information

Navigate to Tour Information under the Tour Activities tab in the Economic Entity menu item.

The following information is displayed here:

Column	Description
Tour	Name of the current tour implementation
Status	Status of the current tour implementation
Last announcement	Last message from the mobile Device (ex. closing of a cleaning area or alive message)
Auto. release	Displays the date and time of the automatic release. Automatic release occurs if a tour was not completed (e.g. because the device battery was empty) or after the run-on time has elapsed if the tour was completed correctly. As long as a tour is running, the tour is not rescheduled.
Device	Displays the activation code from the mobile device running the tour.
Last cleaned area	The last cleaned area will be show, if there was a cleaning in the last hour. By hoovering over the cell, the area will be shown in the floor plan with a red mark.
Progress	The current progress of the tour is displayed in percent (calculated tour duration in relation to the currently completed duration). If you move the mouse over the percentage value, the minutes are displayed in a popup.

More information

A tour can be run on n mobile devices. The tour is only released for planning when the tour is no longer running on any device. One line is displayed per mobile device.
Auto. Release if the tour was not finished after 4 hours or after 30 minutes after a correct end. These values can vary depending on the tour settings, but can be seen via the auto. Release time.
