The tour activity is a tool in the business entity menu item with versatile application possibilities.
It offers the possibility of planning analysis of the daily upcoming cleaning, as well as the performed cleaning of the previous days. Spontaneous cleaning orders can be triggered via the building plan as well as the floor view.
Activities
In the Economic entity level, navigate to the Tour activities tab. The Activities submenu is displayed directly there.
In the Activities tab, the table on the left shows all floors and the daily scheduled minutes of the entire building. If a tab of a floor is expanded, all areas of this floor appear. For each area, the area type and the shortcuts of the active categories are displayed on the area type. If a area is scheduled in a tour, the scheduled categories are highlighted in black. The estimated cleaning time for the area and the tour in which the area is scheduled are also displayed.
The i-icon displays a pop-up dialogue box listing how much time is scheduled for which tasks on a tour.
On the right, the building plans of all floors are visible individually. All areas that appear in gray are scheduled for a cleaning tour. As soon as an area is completely finished, the area is displayed in green or blue if pending. If there are completed and planned services on an area, the area is displayed in gray. .
It is also possible to perform detailed analyses using filters (area type, special area, search area and tours). Furthermore, by means of the date selection, past days can be analyzed. Using the filter show done & pending only, the planned services can be hidden and only the completed or pending areas are displayed.
In this view, data is transferred from the tablet to the cockpit in real time. As soon as you refresh the page, the areas that have been cleaned or put on hold in the meantime are colored in the corresponding color.
Show tours colored in the building plan
If tours are selected via Show tour, the scheduled areas appear in the corresponding colour of the respective tour. This function provides a better visual understanding of the tour allocation. This function is particularly useful for tours that operate in shared mode.
