Only sensor-based areas are considered here. The view shows whether sensor-based surfaces were ready for planning according to frequency, not the effective implementation.

Frequencies

Navigate to Frequencies in the menu item Economic entity under the tab Tour activities.

The table lists all floors as well as elements. In the columns By frequency, Advanced and Reduced, the number of areas is displayed.

The view is valid for the selected day.

 

By frequency

The area was planned according to the frequency. Example: An area has to be cleaned once a week. The last cleaning was on Monday a week ago. If the area is scheduled on the following Monday when the event limit is reached, the area will be declared by frequency.

Advanced

The event limit was reached before the cleaning according to frequency and therefore the cleaning was triggered earlier.

Reduced

The event limit was reached later than the cleaning according to frequency and therefore the cleaning was triggered too late.
