Edit and delete tours

If changes are made to existing tours, these can be made using the methods described below.

Edit tours

To edit cleaning tours, go to the economic entity level, select the Tours tab, and then switch to the Tour management tab.

If the changes are generally applicable and affects several tours, you can select the checkboxes for the tours to be adjusted and then select the desired operation from the editing bar that appears at the bottom of the screen. The Cleaning tour type, Notification type, and Reload type can be adjusted. Once you have selected the opration, a drop-down menu appears where you can specify the setting. Click Save to apply the changes.

If you only want to make changes to a tour or other settings that cannot be made using the editing bar, click on the name of the tour to open the tour editing screen, where you can make the changes and save tem by clicking Save.

Sorting tours

The order of the tours in the cockpit corresponds to the order in  which the tours were created. New tours are always listed at the bottom. The sorting of the tours can be adjusted using the three-dot menu on the right.

You can choose whether to move the tour up or down one line.

Selecting Sort opens the following window, in which the order can be adjusted using drag and drop and applied by clicking Save.

Deleting tours

Tours can be deleted using the editing bar. Select the checkbox in front of the tour to be deleted, select the Delete operation in the editing bar, and then select Save.

You will then be asked again if you really want to delete the tour, as this operation cannot be undone.
