An advanced order management feature is available in the app for users who have been assigned the two roles of Control and Analysis. This is useful for team and/or property managers who are on the move in buildings and want to quickly get an overview of open orders on the one hand and create and trigger orders on the other.
Order management section
When logged into a cleaning tour/overview tour, the advanced order management can be accessed via the user menu. This is divided into order creation Create orders and the overview Order overview.
Create order
If an order is to be created, the following editing screen appears for economic entities with building plans:
You can switch to the list view by clicking on the list icon in the top right corner. Clicking on the Cancel button closes the editing screen and takes you back to the tour.
Tapping on areas turns them orange and allows you to select the Next button. Tapping on the area again removes the selection.
As in the cockpit, it is also possible here to trigger an order on several areas at the same time. This requires that the order to be triggered (activity type, cleaning category) is active on all selected areas.
The Next button takes you to the next step, wwhere you can specify the order. As with orders in the cockpit, you must first enter the type and then the other specifications.
Once the order has been completed, it can be triggered by clicking the Add order button.
Order overview
The order overview lists all orders that are still in the Submitted or Waiting status.
Order details | Information |
Area/Item | Displays the name of the area/item on which an order is still open |
Type | Displays the type of order (activity type or category) |
Status | If it has a blue dot, the order is in Submitted status. If it has a clock, the order is in Waiting status because an order of this type has already been submitted. |
Assigned Tours | Displays which tour an order has been assigned to or which tour has accepted the order. |
Actions | The order details can be viewed by clicking on the eye icon:

The order overview does not update automatically. To do this, you must exit the order overview, update the overview tour and then reopen the order overview.
For the improved order management, at least app version 2.8.0 (210) must be installed.
