Area Analytics

Start Team Leader Menu 

If the user has the necessary permissions, a gear wheel is visible in the upper right corner of the app. The gear wheel takes you to the team leader view.

Current tour executions 

In the team leader view all tours are visible. If a tour is currently being executed, the following data is visible:

Data	Description
Started	Date and time when the tour was started.
Last cleaned cleaning area	Shows the area name of the last cleaned area as well as the date and time.
Estimated duration	Displays the estimated total time of the tour.
Already done duration	Displays the time that has already been completed.
Tour running on multiple devices	Indicates "Yes" if the tour is running on multiple devices, "No" if not.
Running since	Shows how long the tour has been running.

 

Area Analytics 

To view the area analytics, you must first select the area and then click on the cogwheel in the window that opens on the right.

Here you can see the date and time of the last, next and current cleaning. By clicking on Clean now, you can trigger an early cleaning. This function is useful if a surface is not due for cleaning today, but the cleaner on site finds out that cleaning is necessary or wants to report a complaint. In this case, the surface will be scheduled for the next tour. However, if the tour to which the area is assigned has already been started, the area will not be taken into account until the next tour.
