If the manager creates a substitute and the cleaner is already leading the tour, the cleaner must accept the substitute while the tour is running.

Accepting a substitution while a tour is in progress

The cleaner performs the normal tour.

As soon as a substitution has been activated, the two red arrows appear in the header. After the next surface has been closed, the substitution can be accepted with Yes or the existing configuration can be continued with No. With each further surface completion, the request to accept the substitution appears again.

Since existing areas may be planned out for a new deputy, it is important that the cleaner completes the areas that have already been completed before accepting the deputy.

As soon as the substitution has been taken over, the new floors and areas become visible.
