The overview tour shows which areas have been scheduled across all tours today, which have already been completed, and which are still open.

The prerequisite for this is that the user has the »Control« role. The function is usually suitable for object managers.

If you start the overview tour and click on the filter icon at the top, you can choose between different views.

If you select Hide areas with no work orders, the names of the areas that are not due today are hidden. With the filter View open areas only the red highlighted areas are displayed. The pending (blue) areas are displayed with the filter View pending areas.

You can also filter by the individual tours. In this case, only open (red) or pending (blue) areas are displayed. Areas that have already been completed are not visible with the tour filter.

If a tour is selected in the filter, it is important to update the overview tour by pulling down the floor view on the left side of the display. This will filter correctly according to the selected tour.
