Area-specific information can be viewed in the Area view in the Analytics tool. It is therefore possible to investigate events on a specific area here.

Areas

As usual, the observation period of the analysis can be set on the left side of the filter mask. The displayed data is then limited to the set filtering.

Cleanings per area

Information specific to the area can be found in the Cleanings per area table.

Entry	Description
Building	Indicates the building in which the cleaned area is located
Floor	Indicates the floor on which the cleaned area is located.
Cleaning area	Designation of the corresponding area, according to the building plan.
Area name	Area name displayed to the cleaner on the tablet.
Cleaning area type	Indicates the area type of the cleaned area.
Size	Size of the area in square metres
Correction factor	Correction factor of the area (only visible if not all areas have a correction factor of 1 or if a correction factor has been applied at all).
Last closing date	Corresponds to the time at which the said area was last completed from a cleaning tour. The filtering set (in the view on the left) is taken into account.
Number of cleanings	This number describes the number of cleanings that have been done on the corresponding area. This corresponds to the set observation period of the filter.

Cleaning area details

In the area details, all cleanings carried out in the set time period are listed with details of which tour carried out the cleaning.

Entry	Description
Closed Date	The time at which the corresponding area was completed.
Cleaning Area	Designation of the corresponding area, according to the building plan.
Tour	Indicates the tour that cleaned the area.
Estimated cleaning time	The cleaning time is estimated by the soobr algorithm in minutes. The estimated cleaning time is calculated by means of the stored area size and the coefficient of performance of the area.
i	Click on the i symbol to open the cleaning details above the table.

To hide the table again, click on Close details.

Cleaning details

Details of the cleaning carried out can be seen in the cleaning details.

Entry	Description
Closed Date	The time at which the corresponding area was completed.
Cleaning Area	Designation of the corresponding area, according to the building plan.
Tour	Indicates the tour that cleaned the area
Category	The cleaning category is displayed.
Activity Type	The activity type is displayed.

To hide the table again, click on Close details.
