With the Analytics tool "Execution performance number" you can also view the effective performance numberes (performance number execution [m²/h]). The calculation of the effective performance numbers is based on the completion times of the cleaners.

Performance number execution

Function

The recording of the performance figures of the execution must be activated via the soobr support. Then the performance number of the execution is recorded. The calculation is based on the area size and the time between the last area completion and the current area completion. For the calculation to be meaningful, the cleaner must complete the areas in the effective execution sequence and the effective execution time.

Example

Area A is cleaned at 07:38 by tour 1, then area B is cleaned at 07:42. Thus, the time (incl. travel time) for area B is 4 minutes. Area B has a size of 20m². From this a coefficient of performance of 300 m²/h is calculated.

Excluded results

A perfect application by the cleaner will exist in the rarest cases. Performance numbers larger than 2000 m²/h and smaller than 10 m²/h are not included in the calculation.

Application

The evaluation of the performance number execution can be found under the menu item Analytics in the tab Areas time spent.

Here, area types are indicated with their respective coefficient of performance in m²/h.

By clicking on an area type, the details of the performance numbers are displayed in a table view. In this table, area closures that have not been taken into account are also visible.

Filter

If you apply filters, additional evaluations are displayed in some cases.

For example, if you filter by area type, in this example the staircase, an additional evaluation with the cleaning categories is displayed.

Display trend

As soon as only one area type is selected, the progress of the performance figure over the days is also displayed.
