All services that are triggered unscheduled are listed as overdrives.
Overrides
Unscheduled services can be triggered in the cockpit or on the mobile device. If available, the trigger can also be triggered via the button board. Sensor-based triggers are also overrides from the system, but these are not taken into account in this analysis. Overrides can be triggered in the cockpit by selecting the areas under Economic unit > Tour activities. There is the possibility to select the already planned cleaning with the button Clean now, or to change the next cleaning date. On a mobile device, this is also possible with the appropriate authorization.
If public cleaning feedback (QR Codes) is used in a building, this tool can also be used to trigger unscheduled cleaning.
Filter
In the filter tool on the left, the desired time range can be selected and filtered by trigger type and areas.
