The QR tag makes it possible to display information of an area directly by scanning the tag. This does not require a login to soobr. For example, the QR tag replaces the sheet listing the last cleaning in the restrooms, or provides information about the last cleaning of important office spaces.

The activation of the QR code function and the configuration of the various setting options are carried out by Customer Support. As soon as Customer Support has done this, the QR codes can be generated independently in the Cockpit.
To create a QR-Tag, an area must be selected in the business entity. If the check mark has been placed in front of the area, the QR code symbol appears further up.
If you click on this symbol, a window pops up asking whether you want to continue with the generation of the QR-Tag. After confirmation, the QR-Tag is generated and downloaded automatically. The generated QR-Tag is now in the download folder.
If there are problems with the download/export due to internal security settings, Customer Support will be happy to help you.
