The QR tag makes it possible to display information of an area directly by scanning the tag. This does not require a login to soobr. For example, the QR tag replaces the sheet listing the last cleaning in the restrooms, or provides information about the last cleaning of important office spaces.

By default, the room name, the latest cleaning date and the last cleaning time are displayed when a QR code is scanned.

Further information that can also be displayed via the QR code is listed below:

Display customer/provider logo	Display of the logo of the customer, provider or an event (optional)
Display last cleaning date	Displays the date and time of the last cleaning performed.
Display due date	Displays the date of the next scheduled cleaning.
Display categories	Displays the categories that are planned for the next cleaning.
Display activity types	Displays the activity types that are planned for the next cleaning.
Display frequency	Displays the frequency of the next scheduled cleaning.
Display cleaning date reason	Displays whether the next cleaning is scheduled according to frequency or whether it has been postponed.
Display planning status	Displays whether the scanned area has already been scheduled for a tour (cannot be activated on its own).
Display execution status	Indicates whether the area is still to be cleaned (red) or has been set to pending (blue).
Display highest frequency area type	Displays the highest frequency of the area type assigned to the area

The QR code is displayed in German by default. The displayed language can be changed using the dropdown in the top righthand corner.

If one or more pieces of information are to be activated on a economic entity, pleas contact our Customer Support team via a ticket.

The QR codes can be created independently via the cockpit at the economic entity area level. To do this, click in the bubble of an area (several areas can also be selected) and then on the QR code symbol that appears.

Then select the Generate Feedback QR Tags button.

The generated QR codes are then downloaded and can be found in the download folder.
