A chat function is available in the app and cockpit. App users and Cockpit users for whom the Chat role is activated can use the chat after 24 hours at the latest.

Chat function

The chat function can be created at the top of the ribbon by clicking on the speech bubble.

By clicking on the gear wheel it is possible to switch to the chat settings and create individual chat groups.

All existing chats are displayed here. By clicking on + Create chat a new window opens.

Here, the name of the chat must first be entered. In addition, you can select the desired members of the chat by clicking on the box in front of the users. However, only users who have activated the Chat role can be selected.

In addition, the type of the chat must be selected:

Type	Description
Default	classic chat
Notifications	The object management receives a notification as soon as a tour has been started or ended.

By clicking on Save, the settings are applied.
