A chat function is available in the app and cockpit. App users and Cockpit users for whom the Chat role is activated can use the chat after 24 hours at the latest.

Chat types
Chat type | Description |
Standard | Chats of the Standard type can be created, edited and removed in the Cockpit. All users can be added to a business entity. |
Business entity | One chat per business entity is automatically created, which includes all users with active chat role. |
Cockpit
All chats can be displayed via the speech bubble icon in the header. If there is a new message, a red dot is displayed next to the chat icon.
If the user is authorized to multiple business entities, they will be displayed in the left list.
