Warning menu

When you are in the dashboard of a business entity, you will see the alerts menu in the upper right corner. The red dot indicates that you have received a new alert.

Clicking on the icon will open a window with the warnings.

If you then click on one of the warnings, you will be taken to the relevant menu item in the dashboard related to the warning.

The messages are updated from the system. Only when the problem has been solved, the warning will no longer be displayed.

 

Possible messages

Cleaning services in backlog for more than a week

Services on one or more areas have not been scheduled for more than a week. By clicking on the entry, the tour trend with worklist is displayed. In the worklist, you can analyze which services have not been scheduled.

 

Devices without no new events

There are IoT devices that have not sent any events for more than a week. Clicking on the entry displays the overview of the IoT devices.

 

Devices with no assigned areas

There are IoT devices without assigned areas. With a click on the entry the overview of the IoT devices is displayed.

 

Devices without limits

There are IoT devices without active limits on the area. By clicking on the entry, the overview of IoT devices is displayed.

 

New areas available

New areas are available. By clicking on the entry, the new areas can be deactivated.

Mutations in queue

A mutation of services is waiting to be processed. A simulation during this time is not possible. This entry should usually be deleted within a few minutes. However, it can take up to 30 minutes.
