Download floor plan as pdf

Under the Economic entity menu item in the Cleanings areas tab, floor plans can be exported as PDF.

Using the 3-dot symbol, the floor plans can be downloaded as a PDF in various forms. To do this, select Download floor plan.

Options

Various options can be selected under floor plan type.

Area type 

Colouring according to area type analogous to the view of the areas. If furniture is visible in the background image in the cockpit, this is not taken into account during the download. The colour legend is downloaded with the file and can be viewed in the PDF.

Tour

Areas assigned to the selected tour are highlighted in colour on the floor plan. Different colours and patterns are used to indicate the assignments on the areas.

Frequency

This download shoes the highest cleaning frequency per area.

 

Emergency plan (fixed cleaning)

An emergency plan is downloaded for each tour and weekday, showing the fixed cleaning tasks using colours and pattern.

Building plan

A blank building plan can be downloaded. No area types or assignments are visible.
