Under the Business entity menu item in the Cleanings areas tab, floor plans can be exported as PDF.

Download floor plans as PDF

Using the 3-dot symbol (...), the floor plans can be downloaded as a PDF in various forms. To do this, select Download floor plan.

Options

Various options can be selected under floor plan type.

Floor plan type	Description
Area type	Coloring by area type analogous to the view of surfaces.
Tour	Coloring from the precinct of the selected tour. It is distinguished whether it is a complete cleaning (has assigned everything) or a partial cleaning (has not assigned all categories). In addition, it is shown whether the areas are divided.
Frequency	The maximum cleaning frequency of the respective areas is shown.
Emergency plan (fixed cleaning)	Per tour an emergency planning of the number of working days which shows the fixed cleanings (daily fixings and 1x per day).
Building plan without coloring	The building plan is downloaded without the specified colors.
