Soobr consists of several elements, all of which play an important role in planning, controlling and optimizing cleaning performance.

Components

WebApp/Cockpit

The WebApp is used to record and manage buildings, plan and control cleaning, and analytically evaluate the cleaning provided.

NativeApp on the tablets

The optimal cleaning tour calculated in the system is displayed to the cleaners on the tablets. During the tour, the cleaners provide feedback via the NativeApp on which tasks they completed, which rooms they cleaned, and which rooms could not be cleaned because they were occupied at the time, for example. This information flows back into the WebApp, where it can be evaluated and used to optimize and plan future cleaning tours.

Sensors / Occupancy data

If occupancy data is used in a building, sensors or other sources of occupancy data also play an important role. This data is used to make cleaning more demand-oriented and to clean only where it is really necessary.
