The soobr solution consists of the WebApp or Cockpit (management of the buildings as well as planning, optimization and analysis of the cleaning activities) and the NativeApp on the tablets or smartphones (display of the route planning for the cleaning staff). In addition to the productive environment of soobr, on which the effective control of the cleaning performance happens on site, there is a test environment on which new configurations can be tested without affecting the cleaning planning in the buildings.

Soobr includes all core functions necessary for optimal planning, control and evaluation of cleaning performance. In addition, it is possible to include occupancy data in the planning and control of cleaning. For example, sensors can be used to determine how heavily the individual rooms in a building are actually used. By cleaning heavily used rooms more frequently and less used rooms more selectively, cleaning can be designed to be more demand-oriented.
