soobr knows different attendance scheduling of the cleaning tours. Depending on the customer's needs, the desired function can be applied.

Cleaning tours attendance planning

Without attendance planning

This is the standard function of soobr. A cleaning tour is ready for execution at any time. The cleaning tour is scheduled even on non-working days and can theoretically be executed.

With this function the customer has the advantage that he does not have to do any planning. Especially if, for example, a cleaning tour, due to organizational or personal reasons of the cleaner, starts two hours earlier, this has minimal impact in soobr.

Configurations, which are not possible:

• There are multiple closings in the business entity. For example, toilets are cleaned by a day tour and by an evening tour.
• Same activities are scheduled on different days in different tours. For example, all toilets are done during the week by the day tour and on the weekend by the morning tour weekend.

Tour planning with the calendar

In tour planning with the calendar, tours can be scheduled on each working day in a period. This way the tour assignments are only active if the tour is scheduled. Thus all cases can be covered, which are not possible without attendance planning.

The disadvantage of tour planning with the calendar is that changes in the attendance times of the cleaning tours must be consistently entered. Otherwise it can happen that a cleaner has no planned activities in his tour.

Active configuration

The active configuration is the simplified tour planning without calendar. The function can also be used for other functionalities. The setting can be made in the tour management.

The disadvantage of the active configuration is that the tour planning is not visually visible in a calendar and therefore tends to be not as clear as the tour planning with the calendar. Also, different scheduling times per day are not supported.
